Our team is taking COVID-19 very seriously and following strict safety protocols that abide by NMC and PHE (Public Health England) guidelines in order to reduce the risk of exposure for ourselves and those we care for.

Our first priority is to ensure the safety of our clients and caregivers by:

• Practicing regular hand washing and infection control measures

• Enforcing the use of masks by all caregivers

• Providing weekly guidance to our team on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Regularly testing our team members for COVID-19

• Ensuring we are up to date with, and operating under, the latest government guidelines
