Founded by Angela Hamlin, AHHCP is engrained with the same standards of care, compassion and empathy that secured Angela her reputation as a leading figure in the private nursing and care sector.
Operating under Angela’s ethos that “looking after someone when they are at their most vulnerable is an honour and a privilege”, Angela Hamlin Health Care Professionals are able to deliver the highest standard of care from the most experienced and passionate carers and nurses.

We do this to ensure we can closely match their interests, hobbies and personality with yours so they can become the friendly faces you’ll grow to know and trust.
Angela Hamlin Health Care professionals offer a range of dedicated services, and through our personalised Client Liaison Nurse visits in your home we are able to tailor your care package to suit all of your needs. With your permission we work closely with your GP and other allied health care professionals involved in your care, in order to be your advocate and to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved.
